Insurance

If your pet insurance policy includes acupuncture treatments then the costs of the consultations and treatments can be claimed back. The terms of payment still apply and all payments are due at the time of your pets treatment. The contract with the insurance company is between the client and the insurance company only and all claims are made by the client themselves, or through their primary care practice if prior arrangements to do this have been made.
